Item may not be shipped in the original package due to damage or other situations when preparing shipment. System will send out of stock notification email and process a refund of the item. Refund will usually be issued back in 5-7 business days to the original payment account (points and gift card amount has priority). If no refund received after 7 business days, please contact customer service. If you do not receive out of stock notification email, item is missing due to employee's negligence.
